Hayward Auto-Skim Square Pool Skimmer

The Hayward SP10852OM Auto-Skim In-Ground Pool Skimmer, Square, known as the Skim Master, is a large capacity automatic surface skimmer designed for non-corrosive durability. It features a tamper-proof round access cover, a self-adjusting 8-inch weir with a stainless steel spring for enhanced strength, dual outlets, and threaded internal connections for pressure testing. The use of glue is eliminated in its manufacturing process, ensuring maximum strength and longevity.

The SP1071 and SP1070 Series both offer a knockout overflow port to prevent overflow or pool water refill. The Auto-Skim also includes features such as automatic bypass for low water conditions, an adjustable cover collar, a snap-in weir that adjusts to fluctuations in water level up to 4 1/2 inches, a rigid 163 cubic inch basket, an integral Flo-Control slide plate, and a variety of thread options for piping versatility.

The optional Float Valve and Equalizer Kit provide additional flexibility for specific swimming pool applications. For commercial use, the kit can be added to any Hayward SP1070 or SP1080 Series Skimmer to meet NSF requirements. The cover collar allows for 1 1/2-inch vertical adjustment, while the snap-in weir automatically adjusts to a 4 1/2-inch variation in water level. The optional float/bypass valve and stackable notched extension collar allow for infinite vertical adjustment.

All SP1080 Series Skimmers can be equipped with the float valve and equalizer kit to meet specific commercial requirements set by NSF.
